2002 Voter list West Bengal : Voter List 2002 West Bengal - PDF

The Election Commission of India, West Bengal (CEO West Bengal) has recently taken a major initiative by releasing the 2002 Voter List (Old Electoral Roll) for the state of West Bengal.

This list is crucial for voter verification SIR, identifying fake or duplicate voters, and ensuring transparency in the upcoming SIR (Special Intensive Revision) of the electoral roll.

The 2002 Voter List West Bengal contains details of all registered voters from that year.
If any of your family members (father, mother, grandparents) were residents of India and voters in 2002 but their names do not appear in this list, your family’s voter eligibility might need re-verification.

Why the 2002 Voter List Is Important

The 2002 electoral roll is not just a historical record — it’s an official proof document that can be used in multiple legal and administrative situations, such as:

  • Citizenship verification
  • Property and inheritance cases
  • NRC or CAA-related documentation
  • Old voter identity verification

If your or your family’s name is missing from this list, it’s recommended to check and verify your documents before the final voter list 2025 is published. West Bengal SIR 2002 Voter List is most important.
